French Garrison Weekend – $250 – $500 | Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17, 2026
The French capture Fort Ligonier for this weekend only! French commands will echo off of fort walls during this Garrison Weekend as visitors observe and interact with interpreters portraying the everyday life of the French soldiers and civilians of Nouveau France during the 18th century. Sponsors receive 4 complimentary admission tickets, recognition on signage and announcements, and a private behind-the-scenes tour of the encampment with Fort staff.

18th Century Military Encampment Weekend – $250 – $500 | May 23 and 24, 2026
Fascinating living history demonstrations bring Fort Ligonier to life this weekend. Approximately 400 visitors come to the Fort to meet interpreters who portray soldiers who fought in the Seven Years’ War and experience the roar of muskets and cannons and immerse themselves in living history activities. Sponsors receive 4 complimentary admission tickets, recognition at the event, on signage and publicity before the event.

The Cannon Ball – See Sponsorship Levels Below | Friday, September 18, 2026
This year’s Cannon Ball is sure to be a BLAST! With lively music, cocktails, and sumptuous hors d’oeuvres to one-of-a-kind live and online silent auction items. This great party is Fort Ligonier’s MAJOR benefit of the year and is planned to raise vital funds for the ongoing preservation of the historic site and development of enriching educational programs.

Fort Ligonier Days – $1,758 | Saturday, October 10, & Sunday, October 11, 2026
Thousands of visitors come to Fort Ligonier each year to commemorate the October 12, 1758, attack on Fort Ligonier, see the historical demonstrations, engage with the 150 reenactors and troops encamped throughout the Fort and visit Sutlers Row, an 18th century artisans marketplace. Sponsors receive recognition through promotion of the event, announcements during the narration of the attack, 2 parking spaces, 8 tickets to the event, refreshments, and a private inside or outside area to view the historical demonstration.

Friendly Fire Incident Commemoration – $250 – $500 Tuesday, November 14, 2026
This annual educational program commemorates the anniversary of George Washington’s Friendly Fire Incident, which occurred near Fort Ligonier on November 12, 1758. Approximately 125 attendees join us to hear a riveting presentation about the last time Washington was under fire before the American Revolution.
Sponsors receive recognition on Fort Ligonier’s social media channels, signage, and 4 tickets.

Twelfth Night Celebration – $250 – $500 | Saturday, January 10, 2026
Fort Ligonier’s Twelfth Night Celebration is the most festive night of the year and pays homage to the colonial holiday tradition with live, festive music, dancing, hearty treats and spirits and a traditional Twelfth Night cake made with Martha Washington’s recipe. Attendees are encouraged to dress in 18th-century clothing or cocktail attire. Sponsors receive recognition on Fort Ligonier’s social media channels, signage, and 4 tickets.

George Washington’s Birthday Celebration for Students – $250 – $500 | Week of February 23-27, 2026
Approximately 500 local first grade and kindergarten students visit Fort Ligonier for this special program to celebrate the birthday of our first President, who also happened to be stationed at Fort Ligonier in the fall of 1758. Students rotate in small groups through various learning stations where they meet George Washington, make a birthday card for him, enjoy birthday cake and ice cream, and sing “Happy Birthday” to General Washington.
Upon departure, each child receives a copy of the book George Washington’s Birthday: A Mostly True Tale. Your sponsorship helps Fort Ligonier purchase a book for each child. Sponsors receive an invitation to attend a celebration during the week, recognition on signage and the bookplate in each book, and all media related to the event.
